More from Big Dance 2010 (we now have 83 days to go until Big Dance 2012), this was part of the Tea Dance in Trafalgar Square. It wasn’t busy at all while I was there so I doubt it broke the world record for largest tea dance.
I had fun too Kieran, but it wasn’t a world record, which was broken in Trafalgar Square in 2005 but not 2010 as you can see on wiki here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tea_dance#World_records. I have photos from that one too, it was packed with considerably more people than the one in 2010. Since I was also counted in the 2010 numbers (not in the 2005 ones, in both I took photos but wasn’t a participant), I saw the difference for myself and see that the 2010 is an unofficial record (with all that entails), I hold to what I said in my post 🙂
It was very Busy and It Did Break the Record for The World Biggest tea dance so Don’t knock it down. Lots of People were ther and we all had fun.
