breakin’ improv

This shot was taken from the first improvisation session at Breakin’ Convention 2011. Another festival where it’s not possible to shoot everything, and where you know the one or two pieces you miss are the ones that you could have used time and time again. I was lucky enough to be given permission to take photos during the session itself. As it would have been very bad form to disturb the audience I had to stay in once place, use no flash and tried even to keep the number of shots to a minimum in case the shutter noise bothered those sitting around me.

I’m really looking forward to this year’s Breakin’ Convention which starts in less than 3 weeks time
