The trouble with being as well looked after as we have been on this Miami press trip is that it’s impossible not to overheat. I was already overweight and now I am even heavier. This moring’s brunch at the Biltmore was outstanding and breakfast segued into lunch which, with good company and no imminent deadlines was a great way to celebrate Sunday. My thoughts are now turning to how best to loose the weight I’ve put on.

I really shouldn’t have finished off with all those marshmallows….
