International Women’s Day: OBR Flashmob Rehearsals #2

What better way to celebrate International Womens’ Day than with some more images of the OBR Flashmob Rehearsal. I took these at City Hall in the evening, two days before the flashmob itself on Valentines Day and have selected them to show the strength of the women dancing.
I’ll be posting the full story of my own experience working with the London OBR Flashmob people as soon as I can, filling in the gaps in the piece I wrote about it for Dance Today. Nicola the editor commissioned me to write about my experience preparing for the flashmob. She expected me to be one of the dancers but I couldn’t do any exercise because of a recent operation so I joined in as I best could (would have anyway) and wrote about how I got more than I bargained for. So next month, after Dance Today is published, watch this space!
