I should really be processing these images, there are still more to do, but once again I had to share these glimpses of what goes on backstage with One Youth Dance. It’s such a lovely company with such great people and I think these three shots give you an idea of the gamut of feelings experienced by everyone involved once the show is over. The person whose face you can see in the first shot above is Joanna Shaw, the person who started One Youth Dance and is responsible for its success as well as the family-like feeling of the company.

Through the door here, you can see how one of the members of One Youth Dance Juniors feels that the excitement is over.

Veterans of several performances the perspective of some of the older members is different. All being well I’ll be shooting these people again next weekend at UDance, where they’ll be performing Botis Seva‘s choreography Amaguk.
