ADAD Trailblazers and the congruence of old and new projects

I was first introduced to the ADAD Trailblazers program many years ago by Sean Graham, who told me about it as part of an interview on his work on UK Jazz. I’ve wanted to find out more, cover it and get involved ever since. It has taken a long time to do so but I’ve finally found somewhere that would take something about the organisation and its work. In fact, LondonDance.com will be taking two, the second of which I will write after the event I’ve previewed here.

As you probably know, one of my missions is to use photographic images in different ways as part of dance journalism. I managed it to a small extent in my last piece for LondonDance.com ‘Behind the scenes with Pilobolus but wasn’t able to get the images to continue the work with this one. Hopefully an opportunity will present itself with the next piece I write. Check back after the weekend.
